Configure widget settings

Go to Deploy > Widget and customize how your chatbot appears on your Shopify store.

Generate the embed code

Click 'Generate Code' to get your unique embed snippet.

Replace YOUR_BOT_ID with your actual bot ID from the dashboard

Add to Shopify

Install the code on your Shopify store by editing your theme:

In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes and click on 'Actions' then 'Edit code'

In the Layout folder, find and click on 'theme.liquid'

Scroll to the bottom of the file and find the closing </body> tag

Paste your Conferbot code just before the </body> tag and click 'Save'

You're all set!

Refresh your Shopify store and your chatbot should now be live. Start engaging with your customers!
