refreshes the Academy experience end-to-end, rebuilds the Live
Queue, and fixes clickable links in shared chats — plus a batch

- Surfaced "Build with AI" in the nodes sidebar with a mascot.
- Attach documents and links: drag-drop PDF / DOCX / TXT (up to
5 MB) or paste a URL. The content is fetched and used as
reference context so the flow it builds reflects your material.
- Inline URL detection: mention a link in your prompt and it's
fetched automatically.
- Rebuilt composer with colorful example prompts that showcase
every capability, and a cleaner input.

ACADEMY
- Interactive hero: the robot's eyes follow your cursor and it
reacts with witty one-liners on hover and click.
- Redesigned "My Certificates" page with stat cards (total
certificates, courses completed, latest earned) and a
keep-learning call-to-action.
- Direct-MP4 video lessons and course-overview videos.
- Teaching videos shown above hands-on article lessons.
- Course cover images in the catalog and detail header.
- Start / Continue / Review actions on course cards, with smart
routing to the quiz when it hasn't been passed yet.

LIVE QUEUE
- Redesigned rows: visitor avatars, chatbot-name chips, and
urgency-colored wait badges (green -> amber -> red) so
long-waiting conversations stand out.
- Agent avatars on active handovers, clearer click-to-open, and
scrollable lists for large queues.

FIXES

- Shared chat pages: links inside chat messages are now clickable
on the live page (previously the link's text showed but the URL
was dropped, so it only worked in the builder preview). Links
are underlined and open in a new tab.
- Chat widget: message and agent links now open in a new tab, so
clicking a link no longer navigates the page away from the
conversation.
- Build with AI: the "This chatbot was changed elsewhere" warning
no longer appears after your own AI edit.
- Build with AI: inserting a node can no longer leave a duplicate
/ forked connection — connections are auto-repaired.
- Knowledge Base: unparseable AI output now fails clearly instead
of silently creating an empty knowledge base.
- Billing: failed webhooks retry, invoice recording is more
reliable, and trial-ending notifications are covered.
- General reliability hardening across the flow preview and
notifications.
