Partner & affiliate program

Partner and affiliate program

Conferbot works with agencies, consultants, resellers and technology companies. This page explains what the partnership actually covers, what white-label gives you today, and how to apply - without inventing commission rates we have not published.

What this program is - and what we are not claiming

Conferbot runs partnership programs for agencies, consultants and technology companies, and reseller arrangements go through the same route. That much is real and long-standing: the contact form has had a dedicated "Partnerships & Resellers" category for as long as the page has existed, and it is read by a person, not a queue.

What you will not find on this page is a commission percentage, a cookie window, a payout schedule or a tier ladder. Not because they are secret, but because publishing numbers we cannot guarantee for every partner would be worse than publishing nothing. Terms depend on which of the three models below you fit, and they are shared on application.

The one part of this that is a shipped product rather than a conversation is white-label. If your model is "resell chatbots under my own brand", the capability already exists and you can read exactly what it covers before you talk to anyone - see white-label chatbots.

Three ways partners work with Conferbot

Agencies and freelancers

You already build sites or run marketing for clients. Chatbots become another retained line item rather than a one-off project - deployed under your brand, priced by you, managed from one dashboard across every client account.

Consultants and implementation partners

You know one industry deeply and design the conversation, not just the widget. The template library and the industry pages are a starting point; the value you add is knowing which questions a mortgage broker or a dental practice actually gets asked.

Technology and integration partners

You have a product that would be better with chat in it, or a system Conferbot customers keep asking to connect to. The REST API, webhooks and MCP server are the surface for that, and native connectors are how it ends up in front of everyone else.

What exists today, regardless of partnership terms

It is worth separating the product from the program, because the product is what you can evaluate yourself this afternoon. White-label removes Conferbot branding from the widget and the client-facing dashboard and lets you run your own colours, logo, custom domain and branded email sender, with multiple client chatbots managed from a single admin view. The template library shortens delivery on the flows clients ask for most, and the industry pages cover the verticals agencies tend to standardise on.

On the technical side, the integrations directory lists the native connectors your clients will expect, and the developer API covers programmatic provisioning if you are creating a bot per client rather than clicking through the dashboard each time. If you are new to the shape of the API, the chat API guide is the orientation.

Pricing is public and unchanged for partners on this page - see pricing for the current plans, and the free plan if you want to build a client demo before committing to anything. Any partner-specific pricing is part of the conversation, not something advertised here.

How to apply

  1. Try the product first. Build one bot on the free plan for a real client scenario. Partnership conversations are much shorter when you already know what you would be selling.
  2. Open the contact form and choose "Partnerships & Resellers". That category exists specifically for this and routes to the right people: conferbot.com/contact.
  3. Tell us the model, not just the interest. Whether you are referring, reselling white-label, or integrating; roughly how many clients or what volume; the industries you work in; and anything you need that the product does not do yet.
  4. Expect a reply, then specifics. The contact page targets a response within about two business hours during working hours. Program details, including how revenue is shared, come at that point rather than from this page.

Frequently asked questions

Does Conferbot have an affiliate program?

Conferbot runs partnership programs for agencies, consultants and technology companies, and reseller arrangements are handled through the same route. We do not publish commission rates, cookie windows or payout schedules on this page, because the terms depend on the kind of partnership and are agreed individually. Apply through the contact form and the team will share what applies to your situation.

What commission or margin can I expect?

We are not going to put a number here that we cannot guarantee. Program details, including how revenue is shared, are shared on application and depend on whether you are referring customers, reselling under your own brand, or building an integration. Agencies reselling white-label typically set their own retail pricing and keep the difference, so the margin is a function of your pricing rather than a fixed rate we hand out.

Can I resell Conferbot under my own brand?

Yes - white-label is a real, shipped feature rather than a partnership promise. It removes Conferbot branding from the widget and the client-facing dashboard, supports your own colours, logo, custom domain and branded email sender, and lets you manage multiple client chatbots from one admin view. The feature page has the full customization list, including what stays standard across every white-label deployment.

Who is this program for?

Three groups, broadly. Digital agencies and freelancers who already build websites or run marketing for clients and want to add chatbots as a managed service. Consultants and implementation partners who deploy and optimise bots for a specific industry. And technology companies who want to embed or integrate Conferbot into their own product. If you are none of those but think there is a fit, say so in the application - the form has a free-text field.
